This image is from a fun filled engagement photo session for Laura and Ben a few weeks before their wedding. The parents of our lovely bride to be have a smallholding on the outskirts of Sheffield where they, and Laura keep horses. Both bride and groom love to be in the outdoors and spending time here with Laura's horse Harry.
This photo session undertaken in Derbyshire was really close to the border with South Yorkshire and Sheffield. We all had a fantastic time despite the weather trying to spoil things but we persevered and were rewarded with some bright sunshine later in the evening.
Our couple got married a few weeks later at the nearby Mosborough Hall, a wonderful wedding venue on the very edge of Sheffield and not too far from Rotherham. We love to photograph weddings at Mosborough Hall here and have had the pleasure to photograph several during our time as wedding photographers. It is certainly a magnificent venue and one which can be highly recommended.
