The stunning Bawtry Hall in Bawtry near Doncaster, South Yorkshire is the fabulous backdrop for our beautiful couple following their wedding earlier in the day at St Michael's Parish Church in the nearby village of Rossington. This was another wonderful wedding ceremony with one of the most hilarious vicars we have ever come across, he made the wedding ceremony such a wonderful event for our couple, their family and friends and for us too, vicars seldom get a mention but are such an important part of the wedding day for a church wedding. The wedding reception that followed later at Bawtry Hall was another splendid affair with the event kept running smoothly by the wonderful staff and the inimitable Urban Thompson the wonderful Master of Ceremonies at Bawtry Hall.
Bawtry Hall is another of those wedding venues we have passed many times, usually on the way to another wedding elsewhere that we have always wanted to photograph at. In a similar way to Saint Mary's Church in Ecclesfield, another venue we had admired many times from afar, once we were asked to photograph there once and "broke our duck' we ended up working here twice in rapid succession. For our previous wedding at Bawtry Hall, we were asked not to share the images from the day which we are happy to comply with, but it was yet another wonderful wedding at this splendid wedding venue, we hope to be back there again soon.
