The photograph shown here is an unusual wedding group photograph from our first visit as wedding photographers to this stunning South Yorkshire hotel and wedding venue, Hellaby Hall Hotel. Each and every time we have returned since, we are reminded of the wonderful day with Natalie and Richard and their fantastic friends and families on their special occasion. This wonderful 17th century manor house is a wonderful venue for wedding photography in South Yorkshire and one we thoroughly enjoyed working at.
The wedding ceremony itself took place at St. Thomas's Church Wincobank; the very church Natalie had attended all her life. To make the day even more emotional they were married by the vicar who has known Natalie for all this time, from first attending Sunday School all the way through to marrying her to Richard. He was like many of the rest of us there really moved by the day.
Following the marriage service the newlyweds were taken in a 1937 vintage Austin York from St. Thomas' Church to Hellaby Hall Hotel for the Wedding Breakfast and the rest of the day's events including some bride and groom portraits in the grounds surrounding the hotel.
We captured many beautiful and amazing images in the grounds of the hotel and some fun ones too. The image above was a formal group shot with a twist by special request with the entire Wedding Party forming a romantic heart encircling the Bride and Groom as they share a kiss on the front lawn of the Hall. Beautiful and incredibly happy couple with some amazing family and friends at a truly superb wedding.
