An exuberant first dance at the Kenwood Hall Hotel in Sheffield to start off the evening reception. I'm constantly amazed by the obvious time and effort some couples have put into choosing, rehearsing and performing their first dances, we have seen some truly spectacular ones and this one was no exception! We have seen dances copied from things seen on YouTube, dances set to themes form the movies and almost everything else you can imagine. We have also seen some very restrained and emotional first dances where the emphasise is on the couple being together rather than trying to put on a show for the audience.
Kenwood Hall Hotel is probably the venue we visited the most since starting photographing weddings. It is hard to remember a year since we started when we haven't had at least one visit to the venue, most years it is three or four but this does not mean we don't still enjoy working there or find something or somewhere new to use as a feature in our photography. Sometimes the most obvious of things we have passed (or passed through) many times will suddenly reveal themselves as an ideal setting for a photograph as seen below.
Kenwood Hall Hotel is located in Sheffield, South Yorkshire, UK on Kenwood Road, S7 1NQ. Their Website can be found at https://www.kenwoodhall.co.uk/weddings/
