I love this photograph captured at Mosborough Hall Hotel shortly before this brides wedding. The bride has the most wonderful smile and it was so obvious she was just so happy to be getting married. Some couples get so involved in the whole wedding experience it sometime feels like they have lost sight of why they are actually getting married. This bride and her husband were so in love and so pleased to be making the commitment to each other it was impossible not to see it.
When we attend a wedding we don't come with any preconceived ideas of what photographs we will be taking, we just go with the flow of the day. Having said that there are some formal photographs that will always need to be taken with parents, siblings, bridesmaids and the best man, I always add to this list a portrait of the bride, it is after all her day, this is an example of what I like to create.
Mosborough Hall is located to the South West of Sheffield and is one of the finest wedding venues in the area. The hall has a separate, dedicated building for the wedding service and reception complete with its own courtyard and bar. There are also some lovely grounds in front of the main building for the guests to explore and have fun in!
